The strict quality control in the elaboration processes

 

The wine experts realize in our laboratories an exhaustive chase and control of the different processes, using for that particular mission the most updated technology.

We control with the highest precision the fermentation temperatures-controlled between 16ºC and 18ºC, just like the application of the filtration systems and the stabilization of the foremost guarantee to ensure our wine´s excellent quality.

We also perform periodically new chemical and organic (grapes) analysis to follow the evolution of the different wines, until they reach the characteristics that identify us.

The white, young, fruitful and aromatic wines. The dry, light and refreshing rose and the equilibrated red wines for their fermentation in oak barrels.
Our wines have acquired, internationally and nationally, a recognized prestige of great quality.
