Elaborating with the most advanced technology
Our continuous evolution and adaptation has permitted us to have over the years installations from 9000 m2 in Vilafranca and 5000 m2 in the Masia Farreny that is one of the biggest in the Penedès.
In these installations we have created
every year several wine varieties:
Macabeo, Xarel.lo, Parellada y
Chardonnay for the white wines and
Cariñena, Tempranillo, Merlot and
Cabernet Sauvignon for the rose and
the wines. | The grapes to create our wines stem
from the Masia Farreny and form our
purchases from different wine
produces from our region. In the
wine´s elaboration we use very strict
control norms and the most updated
technology of the market:
skidding machines that separate the grains from the grape, pneumatic presses and deposits from stainless steel. All this technology is controlled by our qualified professionals, who attain wines with the quality level, that is expected by our customers. |
